Many clients struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, substance abuse, and relational conflicts. The goal for all of my clients to become a healthier and more functional version of themselves. Therapy is an investment in yourself to improve life skills, manage the stress that life brings, and have healthier interpersonal relationships.
My specialty is anxiety disorders which covers a multitude of issues. Anxiety can lead to a lack of confidence, low assertiveness levels, and depression as a result. Other specialties are: teen issues, men's issues, assertiveness training, grief, and pre-marital counseling.
I would be honored to help you through whatever your current struggle is. I believe in putting you first and meeting you where you are at. My take on therapy is that we all need a person and place to process the interpersonal conflicts and stresses of life. We all need honest feedback, much like a mirror reflects what we need to adjust.
