Hello and welcome to Del Soul Counseling & Wellness Group Information! We are excited to begin sharing the groups we are currently running. Please scroll all the way to the bottom to see our group list. Groups are facilitated by our staff at Del Soul Counseling.
Group is a fun and excellent way to learn as you meet new people just like yourself, hear about others’ challenges, and it’s the perfect place to practice using your new skills. The Del Soul group environment will be fun, casual, and educational. Meetings will be held for approximately 8 weeks.

This group is designed for women who are interested in exploring Internal Family Systems (IFS) in a supportive and compassionate environment. Together, we will: Build awareness of our internal parts; Cultivate the 8 C's of Self-energy (calmness, curiosity, compassion, confidence, clarity, courage, connectedness, creativity); Practice relating to ourselves and others with greater understanding and compassion; Explore a deeper connection to our inner and spiritual self - without judgement or pressure. This group is for women interested in IFS or Parts work, those navigating life transitions, grief, or relationship challenges, anyone wanting to deepen self-awareness and emotional healing.

This is a Video/Telehealth group is for those who have a family member on the spectrum that are looking for support, connection with others who have a shared experience, and education about how to navigate challenges. Each day we will process through education on: understanding autism, self-care for caregivers, managing challenging behaviors, advocacy and communication, building support networks, and planning for the future.
