Trauma Recovery Group is to support women, who have experienced sexual, emotional, domestic abuse, are seeking support for recovery and healing. You may or may not have a diagnosis of mental health or substance use disorders, and may experience traumatic impacts from the experiences of violence that have strained social connections in the family, in the workplace, in childrearing, in housing-and that may have led to consequent health problems, all of which need to be addressed. Trauma Healing Women's group meets weekly.

Social Anxiety Therapy Group
Social Anxiety Recovery Group (SARG) is for people who suffer from social anxiety disorder (SAD, or social phobia). SARG is focused on the treatment of social anxiety with Schema Therapy (ST) in a group setting. SARG is designed to help you practice new ways of dealing with situations. In a safe group environment, you are encouraged to confront your anxiety and change the way you think and feel about certain social circumstances. ST helps identifying negative internal dialogues and negative behavioral patterns that it was designed to help you to love & accept as who you are and increase your self-esteem. SADTG meets weekly.

Codependency Recovery Group
DBT for codependency recovery group is to support and to empower individuals affected by abuse, neglect, abandonment, enmeshment and other issues that hinder personal growth, relationships and vocational effectiveness. You may or may not have a diagnosis of mental health or substance use disorders, and may experience addiction, neglect, abuse or any type of childhood trauma, acquire social and emotional habits and patterns that no longer work in adulthood. Survival behaviors are such as compulsive caretaking, martyring, scapegoating, controlling, people-pleasing, and approval-seeking. DBT for codependency recovery group meets weekly.
