I am a highly trained and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor. I offer confidential psychotherapy for couples, families, and individuals of all ages. Together we work through the underlying reasons for your conflicts, problems, and ineffective patterns that prevent you from reaching your potential. I work with people on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting, family problems, grief, and loss. I work with clients to help them acknowledge their own strengths and take steps to manage emotions so they can be hopeful and take control of their lives.

The healing journey can feel like an overwhelming one and you don’t have to do it alone! I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in working with adults with anxiety, depression, chronic and acute traumas, self-esteem and relationship issues, and life stressors. I utilize an integrative approach to cater to my clients’ needs in order to meet their full potential and goals. The healing journey is an integral part of growth and my intention is to create a safe space to do so. I am honored to be a therapist and be able to be a part of the change and growth that my clients want in their lives.

I have been a therapist for 29 years. I assist adult clients and families and couples in working through underlying reasons for their pain, problems and conflicts, and help them learn skills to manage their emotions and behavior to solve problems and form healthier relationships. I help children, adolescents and their parents manage phase of life challenges, and the struggles posed by conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, mood dysregulation, trauma and behavioral difficulties.

At The Sexuality, Attachment, and Trauma Project, we provide identity-affirming care for all communities. Our patients are people, not problems, and we work with each person differently. We treat a range of issues related to sexuality and gender. These include out-of-control sexual behavior, sometimes labeled sex addiction (although we’re not fans of labels). Patients also come to us for intimacy anxiety, sexual compulsivity, gender and orientation confusion, LGBTQ+ issues, and family trauma.
