Dr. Nickisha Lingham was born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. She began working in the human services field in 1995 at a residential treatment facility for individuals with visual impairments. She later worked at various residential, outpatient and department of correction facilities to provide mental health services for individuals ranging from 4y/o to over 80 y/o, as she continued to further her education. Dr. Lingham and her family relocated to Delaware in 2013. She graduated from Wilmington University with a Doctorate degree in Social Science, majoring in Prevention Science.
