Many teens and young adults I work with say they feel exhausted from overthinking, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure how to cope with stress, trauma, or relationship challenges. I specialize in helping people who are high-achieving but emotionally overwhelmed, the people who feel deeply and know the "why" but don't know how to stop feeling so overwhelmed and anxious.
I specialize in working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, attachment patterns, and feeling emotionally stuck. I integrate EMDR and somatic therapy to help process experiences at both the mind and body level so change feels more natural and lasting!
Starting therapy can feel hard, especially if you’ve been holding it all in for a while. My goal is to make it feel less intimidating and more like a safe space where you can be real, explore what’s going on, and figure things out at your own pace.
