Trauma Therapy for Burnout & Anxiety, Nervous System Regulation. Offering care for those navigating burnout, anxiety, and trauma. Many clients are carrying a lot, high functioning on the outside, exhausted on the inside, and are ready for support that feels grounded, culturally responsive, and real. Healing isn’t about fixing you. It’s about coming back to yourself with honesty, support, and care.
