Are you feeling stuck, frustrated or helpless? Weren’t affirmations or self-talk helpful? It’s because we can't access our full Self from a cognitive level. The body reflects mind & stores memories including trauma. This unconsciously disrupts nervous system & our natural ability for balance & regulation leading to symptoms like anxiety, depression, etc. Symptoms seem like “traits" when they aren’t contextualized in developmental, interpersonal & social layers. We will co-create a nourishing space to unravel somatic stories, identify triggers, patterns & skills to realign with your innate wisdom to move helplessness to empowerment.
I have MA in Somatic psychology & MA in Dance therapy. My work is rooted in loving presence, authenticity, non-violence, respect & creativity. I integrate somatic, relational, spiritual & decolonial lenses to support your multidimensional growth. I will join you in non-judgmental curiosity with kindness to guide you tap into your existing gifts & resources.
No matter how broken one feels, I believe we have an inherent ability to heal & transform. You are not broken for me to "fix" you.
