My name is Grishelda Hogan, LICSW, and I have 20 years experience working with adults, children, families and leading groups. I am the founder of the Center for Integrated Wellness( CIW). My personal approach working with clients is a collaborative and creative process. All treatment and coaching is personalized and will offer therapeutic evidence base practice while incorporating holistic and wellness treatment options. As I work with the whole person this may include physical health, life/ work balance, spirituality, personal development, relationships and looking at how your environment plays a role in your overall health.
I am trained in several modalities recognized as gold standard in treatment including: Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Whole Health Coaching, Multi-Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
I hold an academic appointment at Bridgewater State University and am certified in Reiki I & II, certified in trauma informed yoga,I present at mental health conferences both locally and nationally. I have continued my education with classes at Lesley University in Expressive Therapies and incorporate this into my strength-based approach with clients.

Taking Control: DBT Group for Teens & Adolescents

"Taking Control" is a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) group for teens and adolescents. The group will focus on: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. If you ever feel overwhelmed with your emotions, say things and feel regret later, struggle telling others how you feel and what you need, have difficulty managing what is going on in your life, or need to be compassionate with yourself, you are not alone. The total cost for 8-week group is $280. It will be held on weekends and runs in cycles call or email to obtain info on the next group!
