I have over twenty years of experience in Clinical therapeutic practice working with teens, families and couples of all walks. It is through my years of practice that, I have to come understand that there is not a one fits all type of therapy. It is because of this that I utilize multiple modalities to tailor each clients need.
I am a Holistic Therapist whereby in addition to my Clinical training, I am also trained in the modalities of Reiki, Breathing, Akashic Records, and Past Life Regression. I offer multiple therapeutic options including coaching for clients who are not New York State residents.
