Griselda Garcilazo BA from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an MS in Counseling with a dual specialization in Clinical Counseling and School Counseling from Loma Linda University. She developed, coordinated, and implemented virtual social-emotional learning programs and parenting and baby bonding programs.
Griselda’s therapeutic approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Gestalt Therapy.
