I can help you reduce depression, teach you coping skills to adjust to anxiety, depression, stress and low self esteem. I work with individuals and families and help develop better coping skills and ways to get along more productively.
I have training and expertise working in-person and through telehealth for emotional and behavioral regulation difficulties, trauma, crisis-management, depression, anxiety, addiction, interpersonal, and school-related issues. I previously worked in a local agency in the public-school setting as well as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
I use a person-centered approach and utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, play therapy, solution-focused skill building, and creative activities to challenge and build upon your strengths. I provide an inviting environment with comforting humor whether it be online or in-person.
