Hello! I understand signing up for therapy can be daunting, you're courageous for taking the first step! Therapy is not "one size fits all" because of this I take a trauma informed mindset when tailoring my approach to the specific needs of my clients. I integrate evidence based skills and techniques from a wide variety of modalities in order to support clients of all ages with their struggles.
With experience in community mental health and in-home therapy I help children, adolescents, and adults cope with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, grief, behavioral problems, attachment, and family conflict.
