I am a driven counselor who offers guidance and safety in healing when therapeutic rapport is built. My service provides exploration of emotions, perspective change, and deep processing work. While I look forward to personalizing an individual's treatment plan to their specific needs, I specialize in CBT and individual, and couples counseling.
