I have expertise working with LGBTQ+ youth and young men. My work centers on the belief that relationships are the foundation of healthy development—and that when young people feel truly seen, they start to open up, gain confidence, and grow.

As a former school social worker, I understand the pressures teens face: academics, friendships, social media, family expectations, identity, and transitions. Sessions can help your child understand their emotions, build communication skills, strengthen their sense of self, and process stress. I build trust and safety with humor, authenticity, and empathy.
