I’m Griffin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in helping preteens, teens, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma.

My approach is built around your perspective, wants, and goals while incorporating evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Clients who work with me often find they can better identify their feelings, increase communication skills, strengthen connections in relationships, and break through negative thought patterns.
