Most of the adults I work with are high-functioning on the outside and exhausted on the inside. They've tried to figure it out on their own. Some have tried therapy before and felt like it stayed on the surface. They're not falling apart — they're carrying something that hasn't shifted no matter how hard they've tried. That's what I work on. I specialize in childhood trauma, complex PTSD, attachment wounds, and identity. I work with adults in Oregon and Florida who are ready to stop managing and start actually dealing with it.

I go after the root, not just the symptoms. Using trauma-focused approaches, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and parts work, I help clients understand what's actually driving their patterns — and shift it in a way that lasts.
