Justin received his undergraduate degree in psychology, and received his masters degree (MS) in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Wyoming. Justin's approach to therapy is primarily client centered, meaning the counselor acts as a "fellow traveler" with the client on the road to gaining insight into self.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about working with individuals/families struggling with emotional well-being. Dealing with mental health issues can be challenging. It is my aspiration that you allow me to come along side you through this journey. I have experience working at an inpatient psychiatric hospital, intervening with patients of all ages. My clinical practice includes intervention with depression, anxiety, anger, SPMI patients, crisis intervention, substance abuse, suicidal/homicidal ideations, self-harming, domestic violence, and personality disorders. I am also EMDR trained and work with CPTSD

I enjoy working with my clients to assist them in discovering ways to process significant life events, handle current life stressors, work with them in figuring out how they can take control of their life and their future.

I'm ready to help you take back your life. I was a person that was ruled by my emotions and felt like a puppet on strings. I finally learned how to live the life I wanted and now I help others to do the same. You can overcome problems that stem from trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, substance abuse, and any of the infinite number of road blocks that can be experienced in life. Your therapeutic experience is about finding greater happiness and joy in the world around you.
