I have many years of experience helping people traverse these issues and develop the tools to cope and to thrive in the face of these challenges. I will work with you to examine the underlying issues that have led you to therapy and support your efforts to make meaningful changes in your life. I offer a warm, safe and non-judgmental environment in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings, while helping you push toward a deeper understanding of the patterns driving your behaviors, choices and relationships.
My style is engaging and collaborative. I work with individuals/families experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, trauma, grief, and adverse effects of childhood. I work with individuals from a range of backgrounds, identities, cultural orientations, and I especially enjoy working with adolescents.
Therapy is my passion and my life's work. I believe in the power of the therapeutic process and it is deeply rewarding for me to witness people creating positive changes and working towards healthier, more fulfilling lives.
