I am a licensed clinical psychologist with an integrative and psychodynamically oriented approach to therapy. I work with older adolescents and adults in individual therapy. I provide a safe and supportive atmosphere as we work collaboratively toward your goals. It is a privilege to work with clients and I have developed a great respect for those willing to journey into their inner world and gain a deeper understanding of themselves, heal, and discover new options. My specialty is working with issues related to relationships, anxiety, trauma, fears/phobias, depression,and life transitions.
My training has included a wide range of psychological services in settings such as hospitals, community mental health, and college counseling centers, the Fear of Flying Clinic and fearful flyers. I am deeply sensitive to those of culturally diverse backgrounds and work with those who identify as LGBTQIA+.
