As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families my goal is to help my clients have a safe environment to explore difficult emotions, negative beliefs and struggles they are having in life and offer them guidance in recognizing their own solutions.

I am a marriage and family therapist that helps individuals and couples navigate the challenges of modern life. We explore how roles in family, relational, social, and cultural networks influence the whole person. The client is the expert on their story and my role is to help translate that narrative through our combined knowledge. Clients I work with often feel they have all the outside elements for a happy life, but still struggle with stress, relational problems, self-esteem, and work issues. Something is missing or preventing fulfillment and it is our collaborative efforts that help us discover and remove those barriers.

I am full at this time. When something about you or your life is exceptional, your therapy needs to be different, too.
