I am passionate about working with individuals and couples. I help individuals and couples with challenging issues impacting quality of life. I specialize in emotion regulation, relationships, and offer sex therapy through sex positive lens. I help with understanding the whole system and enacting new behavior changes that lead to more awareness and control over symptoms using Mindfulness and Somatic Approaches.
