Sometimes we think we should be able to figure it out on our own, or that our problems aren’t as bad as they could be - and we find ourselves hesitant to take the next step. If you are brave enough to give yourself the gift of support, I will meet your vulnerability with compassion and curiosity.
I have specialized training in grief, eco-therapy, and relational therapy - both interpersonally with others, and within the parts of oneself. Rather than quick fixes to your unique story, I will bring mindfulness and holistic exploration to this work, in order to help you grow your self-awareness, and find more authentic ways to create a thriving life.
While beginning therapy can often feel intimidating, I want you to feel confident that I will bring a collaborative mindset to our work, that honors who you are. I will invite you to explore discarded parts of yourself, challenge you to look at old patterns, and encourage you towards uncovering organic healing. All parts of you and your story are welcome.
