She works with adults 18 and older through all phases of life. Mariah specializes in stress, anxiety management, grief, loss, relationship issues, and life transitions. Mariah received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Furman University. She then received her Master's degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University and her Master's degree in Counseling from Vanderbilt University. She then moved to Florida where she received her Doctorate degree in Counseling.
