It's important to work through these events instead of pushing them down under. They always have a way of resurfacing in the least helpful ways and at the most inconvenient times. Together, we can sort these buried items and find a place where they can be seen, but not interfere with the path that leads us to where we desire to be.
As a licensed therapist in both CA & TN, I have had the privilege to work with a diverse range of populations and unique life experiences. I strive to empower others to work towards their greatest self by using various modalities as seen fit. I especially love working with young adults as they move through transition, loss, and positive change.
