I'm a contemplative therapist and ordained contemplative minister who may be the mirror you need for this season. I specialize in a mindful awareness process called Brainspotting. Brainspotting not only offers trauma healing and creative expansion: It can help you recover your connection to the authentic self that was shelved along the way.. I'm grateful to have provided over 10K hours of Brainspotting since 2013 and witnessed this amazing healing and spiritual growth. I'd be honored to accompany you.
Brainspotting is effective, so my calendar stays quite full. If you're in a stage of life where you need to be seen weekly, I have an extensive list of recommendations for you on my website. For work with me, I recommend you book a 90-min session every 3-4 weeks for $350. You'll be amazed at the change in you as Brainspotting keeps working between sessions!

In Process, women in MS and TN create a place to share themselves and lives - to their own level of willingness - in a safe community.  Process includes speaking and listening with the mind and heart - to ourselves, our bodies, and each other. It includes opportunities to get creative, to share tears and laughter. Groups meet 1st & 3rd Thursdays for $75 each, committing to 8 session at a time. If you're not already in therapy with me, an assessment ($180) is required to make sure this group is a good fit for where you are in your own process, assuming there is an open spot.
