As a Christian counselor, I believe a person's problems and concerns can encompass their physical, mental, and spiritual health. My goal is to provide therapy that addresses a client's deeper issues and wounds not just their symptoms. I consider it important to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment to promote development, healing and growth. I work with depression, anxiety, PTSD & trauma recovery, marriage/pre-marital therapy and parent education. If life feels overwhelming, stressful or lonely, I would consider it a privilege to set up a consultation to offer hope and courage for your current situation.
My practice focuses on helping individuals, married couples and families with emotional and relationship concerns. I work with issues of development, life transitions, anxiety/stress, anger, depression, grief, career counseling, and spiritual doubt growth. I have training in EMDR therapy.
My MA in Professional Counseling has provided me a platform to integrate a Christian world-view and psychology into my counseling process. My life experiences as a wife of 35 years, a mother of 3 grown children, & a corporate professional help me relate to my clients in a unique way.

On-line Marriage Groups-www.thefamilycollective.co
Marriage is supposed to be where you can be open, develop intimacy and feel connection with your spouse. Developing these skills with other couples in this on-line group is the way to make this a reality. Are you satisfied with the general quality of your marriage? If not, take some positive action today. The group is launching again on August 28th. It meets Sunday evenings / 8pm – 9pm (EST) for 8 weeks. The format will consist of mentoring, fellowship, role models, and community connection. The group will work on problems with intimacy, connection, and communication with their spouse.
