I am an institute trained, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have successfully helped people with a wide array of issues, and from diverse backgrounds. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults suffering from anxiety, depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and other issues.
In addition to working with individuals, I have run DBT groups for adults and young adults, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy Groups for the Prevention of Deprepression Relapse groups, Mindfulness groups for new mothers experiencing depression, and for artists struggling with their work.
