I work with couples, individuals and families to help them accomplish small and large life goals. Together we overcome the obstacles You are encountering. We address whatever prevents you from having as satisfying a relationship, job, or day to day living experience as you want. I believe in leveraging each individual's strengths, in helping people be their "best" self, and in supporting clients to effectively manage the transitions we all encounter as we travel our life journeys. Helping others "find their voice" is part of what makes my job exciting.

If you are looking to decrease conflict, increase intimacy, and enrich your relationships, I would love to help you accomplish that. Troubles are created because couples get caught in a dance with each partner trying to get their needs met -- often ineffectively. A connected, meaningful relationship is something everyone deserves and needs.
