I have 20+ years of experience working with diverse populations within the human service field. I offer a person-centered approach when helping people cope with grief, trauma, long-term/terminal illnesses, life transitions, and self-worth issues. I consider myself to be an EMDR Therapist instead of viewing EMDR as a tool.

Chidimma Ozor Commer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience in the mental health and wellness field. She is passionate about helping adults address life transitions, relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief to live full and beautiful lives. She is a military spouse who works with clients to improve their relationships, work through trauma, or address medically complex issues. Chidimma also specializes in transracial adoption and sees Black and Brown children of all ages who identify as transracial adoptees.

Ed's diverse background provides a rich blend of experience to his clients. He is dual licensed as a Professional Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist. He is an expert with youth, families, and individuals, and a Clinical Supervisor/Mentor for inpatient care. Edward has counseled clients for 32 years as a Therapist, Sports Psychology Consultant (coaches/athletes), and Life Balance/Career Coach. He gladly sees people from all faiths and walks of life and provides wisdom for anyone who seeks it: individuals, families, youth, couples, parents, pastors, professionals, athletes, coaches, and performing artists.
