My experience includes a wide range of treatment issues for both adults and children. I have experience in treating childhood behavioral issues from ADHD, Anxiety, Grief, Depression, Mood Disorders, Developmental Delays, Disruptive behaviors and Oppositional behaviors. I have extensive experience in helping children heal from trauma related issues such as Adjustment Disorder, Divorce, Anxiety, RAD, PTSD, and other Diagnoses resulting from emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect. I have participated in specialized experience and training with the young child population from birth to age 5 and utilize the Ages and Stages Questionnaires to screen for developmental delays in children ages 6 and under.

Ashley White, MS, EdS is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has been working in mental health for nearly 20 years and practicing since 2014. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. Ashley believes in a treatment philosophy centered on empowerment through empathetic and open dialogue with her clients. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness-based techniques in her practice, but she is trained in a variety of counseling interventions to assist with each client's individual needs.
