I work with adults, adolescents and children in a variety of areas; anxiety, stress, depression and grief to name a few. My primary therapeutic focus is cognitive behavioral therapy as a foundation, person centered therapy that is holistic, utilizing other approaches as well, tailored to fit each individual client with a whole person focus.
I am here for you, along with compassion will walk with and provide guidance for you for you on this journey. I'm here for you to listen and work together toward your goals for therapy and your life!
