My personal experiences help me relate to the people I work with. As an HSP/empath, I have experienced depression and anxiety and know how it can affect a child at school, an adult at work and a parent trying to make it until bedtime. Professionally I have worked with children and families to provide counseling and parent coaching for over 25 years.
