My name is Mattie Finn I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, servicing individuals, couples, families, and groups. My primary goal is to empower, encourage, and educate those who encounter emotional life challenges that prevent them from living a more purposeful life.

Dustin works with individual adults and couples to address a wide range of needs, such as better understanding and managing reactive emotions that lead to negative interaction patterns and conflict. Management of adult ADHD symptoms and developing novel coping skills to emerging needs through stage of life changes. My client's goals are to understand why they feel the way they do and to improve communication and intimacy.

The decision to seek counseling is the first step to self care. I specialize in providing a safe, judgement free environment that allows individuals to approach any topic including intimacy and feeling overwhelmed by life's responsibilities. My mission is to help women transform their personal and relationship challenges into opportunities for growth.

Life has a way of throwing many obstacles. There are moments we experience anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional distress; however, it is important we learn skills that will help us navigate and cope with these times of distress. I can assist you with exploring your options and finding the coping methods that work best for you so that you are able to manage these feelings effectively. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and various concerns. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing.

Life experiences can sometimes leave us feeling as though we are presented with something too challenging or difficult to face. We can feel lost, overwhelmed, and unsure. So we can turn to coping mechanisms that might help us in the moment but aren't realistic long-term. Everyone needs help from time to time. I believe in empowering my clients to gain the tools and self-awareness they need in order to achieve more peace and serenity in their lives.

What would it be like to live courageously? My clients say I have a unique joy that gives them hope and helps them find direction. I work with adults and teens as they figure out how to get unstuck. That stuck place may be an addiction, a divorce, a broken parent-child relationship, depression, ADHD, anxiety, or grief. I work as a counselor, a coach, and an accountability partner to help individuals dig deep to understand who they are and to take concrete steps to live more authentically.

Hello, I’m Larisa! My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, creative, and trauma-sensitive. Whether the idea of therapy is brand new or you or your child has received counseling for years without much success, I can help explore inner parts that may be stuck in time and carrying pain which makes present healing difficult. I most often work with clients who have experienced trauma such as sexual abuse and who are experiencing issues such as dissociation, grief, and depression. I offer evidence-based trauma therapies like EMDR and pair them with art, creativity, and movement throughout the healing process.

My practice is founded on the belief that despite our life challenges, there is a silver lining behind each dark cloud that is waiting to be found. Whether the rainbow represents a diverse group of people coming together, the promise of a better life, or a pot of shining gold waiting at the end, one thing is true: rainbows are often a symbol of hope, and that is exactly what I hold for each person with whom I work: HOPE.
