I work with all ages including children age 3yrs.+(play therapy), teens, and adults 65yrs.+. Issues may range from grief due to loss, trauma from events or circumstances, self-esteem issues, and relationship difficulties. Therapy methods I use include somatics, mind/body focus, mindfulness, psychotherapy, and attachment based therapy.
