I offer space for uncovering deeper emotions and grief that may be beneath the surface and coming out into your life in surprising ways, like crying at inopportune times, getting overly angry and resentful, getting stuck in despair and feeling broken or not enough, or like you’ve failed yourself or others. You will receive compassionate listening, truthful reflections, and practical tips.
Coaching is carving out the time for honest introspection and growth that results in positive lasting change. It’s bringing awareness to your felt senses, thoughts, and emotions in the present moment. We create a sacred space to heal past traumas and maintain an upward spiral of growth towards your goals and ideal future vision.
