As your therapist, my goal is to empower and collaboratively help you heal, resolve and work through issues, identify and explore your strengths and help you to reconnect with yourself and others in the way you envision. My approach encompasses the mind, body, soul and spirit in order to promote personal healing and growth. I combine Holistic and Eclectic Therapy approaches in order to promote wholeness and integration of spiritual, emotional, physical and mental components of one’s well-being.
