MY HELP Summer Counseling Group
MY HELP (Making boundaries, recoverY, Healing, Ending emotional pain, Learning coping skills, taking your Power back) is a teen girl skill building group based on the Seeking Safety Model. It is designed to teach healthy coping skills, boundaries, and provide support to people who have been affected by trauma/substance use. It will run for 8 weeks from June 12th to July 31st, 2019.

Chronic Pain/Fatigue Support Group
Hidden pain/fatigue is so misunderstood. If you are feeling alone and would like to find other adults who feel similarly, please inquire about this support group. I'd love to schedule an intake and see if you'd be a good fit.

Teen Social Anxiety Group
You've struggled with anxiety in the past, but COVID 19 exacerbated it and now you're feeling stuck. Many teens are in a space now where they feel isolated socially, behind in school, and don't feel like they can get out of the stuck. This group can help you learn skills to manage your anxiety, and find you are not alone in your struggle. The group will run for 12 sessions. Please call for more information or request an intake.
