I offer individual, couple, family therapy, pre-martial counseling, marriage enrichment, life coaching, EMDR and clinical hypnotherapy. I have helped many people to overcome their grief and loss, self injury,life trauma of past or present. I also offer spiritual direction
I use a holistic approach in therapy by integrating Psychotherapy, Neuroscience and life experience to my work. I treat each client as an individual with their unique life issues. In addition to English, I also understand and speak Chinese(Mandarin). I am familiar with all Asian culture and their family dynamics.
