I am highly committed to the evidenced based practice of EMDR & attachment theory practicing clinically for over 10 years.

I offer relationally-focused EMDR along with advanced psychotherapy methods (complex developmental trauma, attachment theory, ego states), to alleviate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and trauma symptoms. I specialize in psychotherapy with individuals, family and couples in private practice. My approach is direct, honest and down to earth.

I approach couples, understanding that people vary in their need for intimacy & closeness and that these differences create challenges.
