I am a licensed psychologist with over 25 of years experience. I am currently focusing my practice on EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy -including Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy. I have education and training in all of these treatment modalities which are evidence based treatment modalities for trauma, anxiety, depression and OCD. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to help you navigate through your struggles to figure out where you want to go - and more importantly- the tools to get you there.
Throughout my years of practice, I have evolved to utilizing these treatment approaches. Seeking out therapy is not always easy, and I want to provide the best treatment approach to meet your needs.
