Hi I'm Rachel. I am the Founder of Shoreline Center for Eating Disorder Treatment. After 22 years. I have recently sold Shoreline and am going back to my roots and passion for providing direct clinical care via teletherapy. I provide clinical supervision to early-career eating disorder therapists and stay focused on new interventions. That being said, nothing takes the place of curiosity and compassion over judgment. One leads to change the other leads to shame. I am here to walk next to you in your desire for healing. My main focus is eating disorders, however, I also offer ecotherapy and general therapy life's challenges.
I have been treating all forms of eating disorders for over 22 years. I am a certified eating disorder specialist as well as a certified supervisor, training other clinicians. Over the years, incorporating many tools along the way. Additionally, I specialize in the treatment of trauma, and Emotional Dysregulation Disorders.
