The safe space I create with my clients is designed to increase openness and authenticity, deepen self-awareness, and turn it into action toward their goals. I approach each client uniquely and help my clients develop coping skills based on their individual needs. Some skills include somatic experiencing to help nervous system regulation, CBT, and mindfulness/meditation techniques.

Our passion is supporting parents to teach them how to dissolve tantrums, manage their impulses and help their children follow instructions quickly and happily? We teach the principles of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and PC-CARE, two protocols researched at UC Davis Children's Hospital that are both nurturing and effective. Dr. Griffin is an award-winning Professor of Psychology in the Department of Critical Theory and Social Justice at Occidental College in Los Angeles where he teaches Poststructural and Postcolonial theory and conducts a clinical practice.
