Marsha Sproling is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy to adolescents and adults using a client- centered, eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. Preferred treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Supportive therapy, EMDR, Integrative Sandtray Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I believes that change happens when people are given the support needed to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live a fulfilling, happy life. I have over 13 years experience in a variety of settings with diverse clients providing both long term and brief treatment.

I am Nicki S. Kinley, and I am passionate about shining the light of hope and healing to my community! God has called me to be a catalyst of support to children, adults, families, and couples as they work to bring about healing and restoration in their lives. I have been in clinical practice for more than 17 years, where I have specialized in behavior modification, cognitive reframing, and building skills in my clients to help them reach their full potential.

We believe there is hope and positive change possible for each individual and family. Through faith-based counseling, we strive to empower clients to find Peace of Mind, knowing that many individual and family burdens can be relieved through the collaborative relationship working with a trained counselor. Our team has worked to obtain certificates in trauma assessment & interventions as well as acute stress, grief, loss, complex trauma, relational issues, religious wounding, substance abuse and crisis. These extra trainings have included specific measures that are necessary for work with the veteran and active military community.

My goal in counseling is to use the experience I have accrued over the years, my directness, and my humor to help clients find their true self and exist in relationships the way they were created to. I believe that the root of all addiction is trauma. Instead of my clients asking, “What’s wrong with me?” I want them to ask themselves, “What happened to me?” From this vantage point, we can begin to walk the road of healing and break the bonds of shame. With significant experience in addiction/trauma treatment, I am able to provide my clients a deep understanding of their pain.

Also, for them to understand how their differences can be the building block in becoming a foundation of comfort, strength, and peace.
