I work with young adults in their 20’s navigating the unique challenges of emerging adulthood. Many of my client’s experience feeling lost and overwhelmed while navigating everything from the basics in daily life to relationships and career directions. In my practice we work together to support you in finding your way around this novel landscape of adult life. We will work to understand the root cause of symptoms to heal the source of the difficulty and open new pathways for you to move forward living with your integrity.
My favorite part about therapy is for us both to get to know you more deeply. I love to use talk therapy to understand your story and how it feels to be you in the moment. As helpful as talk therapy is for us to connect, I find therapy even more powerful when interwoven with somatic, neuropsychotherapy, mindfulness and EMDR therapy into our sessions as well.
