As a parent myself, I most enjoy helping families develop healthier ways of interacting with one another. Oftentimes this comes in the form of Parent Coaching, Co-Parenting Counseling, and use of Positive Discipline Techniques. I am licensed in KY and TN and provide telehealth therapy for parents and adult women in both states.
