That is why I provide an ease about coming to therapy and attempt to make my clients feel comfortable beginning this process. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults helping them get through difficult transitions in their lives. I do a lot of work challenging people to explore their aggression, self-harming behaviors, drugs and alcohol use, suicidal ideations, depression and anxiety. I also enjoy working with adults dealing with life transitions and helping them improve their moods and perspectives on life.

My focus in working with clients is to help foster personal awareness, to draw out inner strengths, and provide tools to cope with life's challenges. All of us have certain thoughts and behaviors that are unhealthy and at times can even be destructive or keep us stuck.
