I am the owner and Clinical Supervisor of Magnolia Behavioral and Holistic Health. As your clinician, I will provide a warm, safe, non judgmental space. My therapeutic perspective is a holistic and health minded approach to counseling while focusing on client’s individual needs. My approach may include some humor (at appropriate times), validate clients, witness their feelings, and to truly hear what they are experiencing. My specializations include trauma, grief/loss, women’s and teen issues.
Clinically, I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist working in medical facilities, local agencies and private practice. I am trained in EMDR, Flash Technique, have a Complex Trauma Certification and I am also a Certified Grief Educator through David Kessler’s first group of Educators.
My counseling approach is a non-judgmental, client strength based building on those strengths and a comfortable, safe therapeutic alliance. Often we forget those strengths when we are struggling. Groups
Grief Groups - 5 Groups
MBHH has online grief groups starting in September of 2025. We have various grief groups to meet your needs. Our groups are facilitated by a Certified Grief Educator with specialities in grief/loss and trauma. Our groups are limited space, online, safe and provide support and non-judgement. Groups will run from t to 8 weeks and then resume after a short break. Our groups include child loss, parent loss, grief/loss, sibling loss, pet loss and traumatic loss. MBHH is also open to starting other grief groups to help with need.
