Healing from loss is possible. I use traditional psychotherapy and counseling, and also offer complimentary approaches such as meditation, imagery, breath work, spiritual counseling, and sessions to explore mindfulness for those who prefer a more progressive and creative approach. My work has been borne out of a twenty year span of practice as well as having experienced my own losses. I offer services that support my clients through all stages of grief including the planning of euthanasia and the loss of cherished animal companions. Groups
Pet Loss
This group is dedicated to people who have lost their beloved animal companions. Time will be devoted to group discussion and sharing stories of love and loss as well as offerings of guided meditation, imagery, journaling, and honoring our animal companions through different activities and events both in the office and outside in nature. Seats are limited and payment must be made in advance on my website. We will run for a six week cycle before taking a break; these dates will be made by group members and myself in order to work with summer schedules.
