Studies consistently show that the most important part of effective therapy is a strong relationship between therapist and client. When you come to see me, establishing a supportive bond where you feel safe enough to be yourself and to take risks is my first priority. Together we will explore how different parts of you interact with one another, noticing and appreciating your resiliency, as well as the areas of pain and hurt. We will work together to create more internal harmony, improving relationships with others by starting with your relationship with yourself.
My approach as a practitioner is integrative, collaborative, trauma-informed, warm and compassionate. I use mindfulness and embodiment practices, including somatic parts work, and relational and attachment approaches. I am experienced helping people experiencing depression, anxiety, repercussions of trauma, as well as relationship issues.
Looking for a therapist is a lot of work. And, it's a really brave step to take. You've already done the hardest part in asking for help. Let's get to work on helping you feel better. You deserve it.

Good Enough Queers
Good Enough Queers is an 8 week, closed therapy group for queers who struggle with feeling good enough. We will use an eclectic and holistic approach to explore this constellation of parts of Self that contribute to these feelings of low self-worth, including IFS-informed work, somatics, narrative work, and body/energy work in the form of holotropic breathwork. We will meet on Zoom, next cycle starts in mid-May 2024.
